1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Dropcast, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Dropcast is a web application that lets you publish AI-generated text as styled web pages on a personal subdomain. We offer Free and Pro plans with different feature sets and usage limits.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not use Dropcast for any unlawful purpose.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the content you publish through Dropcast. By publishing content, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your pages as necessary to operate the service. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Dropcast to:

Publish illegal, harmful, or abusive content
Distribute spam, malware, or phishing pages
Impersonate another person or entity
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
Scrape, crawl, or overload the service

6. Billing & Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dropcast is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your published pages will be taken offline.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
